CARLISLE — Officials in Nicholas County have reported that the Nicholas County Coroner has been called to Lake Carnico after a fisherman reported seeing a body in the water.
Searches have been conducted since April 1 for a Cincinnati man with a vacation home at the lake.
Perry Loh, 45, was last seen near Lake Carnico. Earlier searches were unsuccessful after family members reported him missing.
There has not been a confirmation of identity on the body found on Monday.
Nicholas County Fire Chief James Biddle said search teams had planned to go to the lake with cadaver dogs today to search for Loh, but a fisherman found a body floating in the water before they arrived.
Details as they become available.
